26th October 2006

Craig came in with his original RHD '66 bug for a full service.
It was stored away for 17 years.
Paul's Barndoor Deluxe came in for some metalwork repair.
The project bus NSU wheels needed some attentionFirst they were de-anodised for just £5 per wheel! Then we hand polished them with not bad results - a far cry from the £100 per wheel we were quoted locally.

23rd October 2006

Chris' split bus is in having some much needed brake work done. It seems like it spent some time in the eastern bloc..
After spending some time removing a squashed brake pipe...
We moved on to pull out the master cylinder of unknown origin and the bodged in Beetle fluid reservoir
...and replaced it with this. Dual circuit really is a worthwhile conversion on early buses and beetles.Steve brought in his Karmann Gipsy fresh from Holland for some MOT work and a drop in the suspension dept.
The back end looks much better now we have removed the primerracing.de stencil work!
